INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Heat in the microwave at 30 second intervals until warm, or freeze for 2 hours. Place warm neck cozy on neck and shoulders for soothing, moist, aromatic heat to help ease pain. Use cold to help reduce swelling and inflammation.
