Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied when the order total exceeds $100. Some exceptions apply for large or bulky items. Return shipping labels are not provided

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing time may be extended to 3-4 business days. We do not process orders on Sundays or holidays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Carrier Delays:

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.

Please note that all arrival dates provided are estimations and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping delays can happen due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control and we cannot issue refunds or assume responsibility for such situations.

International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Please first reach out to your local post office regarding the lost or damaged packages. If they are unable to resolve, contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after marked delivered by the carrier.
