Years ago, designer Matt Ellison attended his brother’s wedding in a small village in Southern France. Unable to speak French, he found the long dinner conversations a bit... quiet — until a fish-shaped water pitcher “gurgled” mid-pour and filled the room with laughter. Inspired by that moment, he returned home determined to share that same joy with others. After a decade of designing, sculpting, and perfecting, the GurglePot was born — a lighthearted piece that brings smiles to tables everywhere.
