We are two girls from New Jersey who met and became friends over thirty years ago while at our first jobs, fresh out of college. Through the years, life took us in different directions: one followed a corporate career path while the other became a teacher. We both got married, had kids, and got busy with raising our families and pursuing our careers.
With our children grown and leaving our proverbial nests, we decided to nurture the seed of a dream that was planted years ago: creating and managing our own business.
Over dinner and a bottle of wine, Jersey State Line was born.
As proud (and Bruce Springsteen-loving) Jersey Girls, we wanted our business to have a New Jersey focus. We started this business with one item...a New Jersey-shaped opal charm necklace...and we have grown to design other unique styles of Jersey-themed
jewelry and gifts that are on trend and affordable for all ages.
