INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Heat in microwave at 30 second intervals until warm, or freeze for 2 hours.  Place warm eye pillow on forehead, eyes and temples for soothing, moist, aromatic heat to relieve congestion and ease pain. Use cold to reduce puffy eyes.
